The marrom glace is a sweet made from sweet potato widely consumed in Brazil through Italian influences. Unlike the Brazilian version that we know the marron glacé consumed in Europe is a very large Portuguese chestnut cooked in sugar syrup.
Ingredients
Sweet potato pulp, sugar, thickeners (agar-agar and carrageenan), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural vanilla flavouring.
